Ardmore and Clashmore are set to receive much needed funding with the news that over 1.6 million euro for crucial infrastructure works has been allocated for projects across Waterford.It’s part of government jobs stimulus funding with 22 councils getting 33 million euro for active travel projects and 14 million euro’s going to 26 local authorities for climate change adaptation steps.The local projects include 100 thousand euro for drainage works to mitigate flooding in Ardmore while 90 thousand euro has been allocated to fix defective footpaths in Clashmore.
