Get into walking workshop has been postponed to the 2nd of April the venue is still at Carrigtwohill Community Centre from 10am to 5am. The workshop is designed to advise adults on walking technique enhancement and motivation. Subsequently, a 6 week walking programme for beginners will take place in the community.
