Youghal’s New Roots 4 Album Ripe For Plucking

From The East Cork Journal

Local musician Bobby Lee and his Sacred Roots have been hard at work writing, recording, tweaking and harvesting their new Roots4 album which was devised and overseen by Bobby. At its heart, this project has the simple philosophy to root out young, interested and talented children of varying ages and give them a platform which inspires and tends to their musical confidences.
Budding lyricists, musicians and singers can graft and cultivate their very own musical identities and abilities with like-minded people, in the security of Youghal’s Hot Spot Youth Centre which is located behind CRY104fm Radio Station in South Abbey.
The fruits of their hard work can be heard live on this Sunday, 8 April, at their Showcase Concert which will be performed in the Red Store, Youghal at 4pm.

All Roots albums to date have been recorded at Youghal’s very own Claycastle Studios run by Warren Tivy and John Burke. Take a ‘root’ around the website and also www.bobbymusiclee.com to see just what this harmonious project is all about. All proceeds from the sale of the albums are directed straight back into the project for the next round of green shoots.
